Access to the Point Pinole Regional Shoreline: Exit off interstate 80 onto the Richmond Parkway. Head East, then turn right onto Atlas Road. Continue as Atlas Road becomes Giant Highway. Turn right into the park. Ample parking available for a nominal fee.
The large number of cars shows the popularity of this park, however its large size keeps it from being crowded.
